TBE

It's been going on for some time now, but my complaints to this day are 21 years after vaccination. The complaints had started 3 days after the TBE vaccination with dizziness, nausea, and headache. Vertigo always very short intervals at about 1 to 2 minutes and this constantly, day and night. Sleeping is almost impossible because even in bed I get dizzy. There have been persistent nausea and weakness in the legs, this always in intervals. My doctor had no explanation! (calls it Hypochondria) Then I did a lot of research, however, without much result. That lasted about 5 years with constant complaints, sometimes times lighter times heavier. It was by chance that I heard from a homeopath (in that time I not yet known this physician) about a lecture by him on the issue of vaccine damage and I was so enthusiastic that the next day I got an appointment with him. He really helped me and about 1 / 2 hours after the treatment I was doing so well, as if a gray haze was lifted from me. I was feeling more so better every day and it had improved so well so that I felt only a few minor complaints, everything else was almost completely healed. However, for some time – approx. 5-6 years my feet to begin fail, had muscle pain! I hope that these are no late complications. I was able to study this topic a lot since that time. Now with alternative medicine I can always help myself, I will probably have an appointment with the homeopath again. I would be very grateful for information of equality of other stakeholders.

Just wanted to notify you that my neurologist today does no longer exclude the polyneuropathy as a result of TBE vaccination.

I was vaccinated in April 2008, just four days after the first dose I had pain in both hands and shoulder. My doctor prescribed Cortison. There was a slight improvement again in July. I then had joint pain and stiffness of the knee joints, rheumatism test was negative. From September I had taken TBE Nosode. Symptoms the returned in December again, pain in both wrists, everything was swollen, I had numbness in the fingers, stiffness in my knee, knee had to be punctured, and the puncture came back without any abnormalities. I was currently put back on steroids and analgesics.

1 day after the vaccination I got a tingly feeling all over my body, then followed headache, fatigue and exhaustion and muscle or nerve pain in my face, my arms and hands and feet. Like I had done a lot of sport. My doctor said that it could never be a vaccine reaction.

I changed the doctor and nobody found anything in my blood work.

I found a naturopath and I was treated with Vitamin B and calcium intravenously  which made me feel better but a couple of days after the treatment the symptoms reappeared (in the long run being treated by a homeopath is expensive). The current symptoms only consist of muscle pain and nerve pain in my face, my neck, my arms, my legs and my feet. These symptoms now only consist of muscle and nerve pain in my face, the nape of my neck, arms legs and feet. The symptoms get somewhat worse during the day (in bursts).

FSME

1 year after the vaccination leg and foot completely numb, up to chest. Felt like my leg was gone. Could not walk. After 5 days at the hospital and lots of examinations (MRT, CT, liquor and nerve conduction velocity) and 5 days of cortisone, no improvement and no clear results. No they think it could be MS. And I am only 22!! Luckily I have not given up yet.  My homeopath is 100% certain that it is vaccine damage. He treated me for that and now, 3 months later, I am almost healthy. I have finally found a neurologist who believes me and I want to have another CT done and want to have liquor measured, because – if I’m lucky – they’ll be able to prove that it was vaccine damage. I’d love to hear from you all.  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I am writing here in my mother’s name with whom I spend every morning. I take care of her. Even though I am not a 100% vaccination opponent I prefer looking for alternatives. But my mother is elderly and is sick so I took her to have her vaccinated. 20 hours later my mother was totally apathetic, did not answer my questions and did not speak herself at all, she could not stand and only slept. She did not even care about the things she used to enjoy.  She could not take her clothes off alone in the evening. Her right hand is swollen. Today, 3 days later, she is doing better, but I feel terrible. Searching for answers I found your site and I really learned a lot, even things that have to do with my son, all the vaccinations he was forced to have. I used to not question things the way I do now and it was not as easy to ahold of information. But I realize that it is important to first trust your own feelings and listen to them.

In early April I had my first FSME-vaccination, as I had taken a trip to Baltic countries. This area has a lot of ticks. So I wanted to be on the safe side and had a vaccination. But this seems to have been a terrible mistake.  2 weeks after the first shot I got sick to my stomach while driving, dizziness, palpitations and I started trembling all over. I then drove to the side of the road and waited for a while. I thought it was my circulation and took a few drops of medication. A little while later it got better and I continued on my way. When I had been driving on the autobahn a while the trembling started up again. When I got home I was sweating all over and I had pains in my upper legs. I went to bed, but the palpitations and the trembling got worse. Then the tingling started in my face and in my fingers. So I drove to the emergency ward at the hospital. They checked my blood pressure and did an EKG. And gave me Tavor 0.5 because the doctor said I was having a panic attack. But I did not take the tablet because I knew it was not the case. I drove home again. The next morning I felt so exhausted all I wanted to do is sleep.

When I went to see my family doctor and told him what happened and what my suspicion was he was not interested. Like the other doctor he said it was all rubbish... \"It is impossible that it has anything to do with the FSME-vaccination\"
The family doctor did extensive blood work, EKG and blood pressure.

All inconclusive. Great values. I went home and felt relieved. But it took only 5 days and the problems started again.

Additionally I had problems with my balance, pain in my jaw, earaches… at least that is what it felt like. It was all checked. Inconclusive. Then the problems all went away for a few weeks. And suddenly, at work I got uncontrollable muscle spasms and trembling. I felt like jell. When it stopped I had the muscle pain again. And everything in small episodes. Early this week it got bad again. I was driving and the same problems as the first time started. I’m afraid to drive alone now. I was brought to the hospital, everything was checked again, and blood, EKG, and they got a neurologist.  I told her about the FSME vaccination, too. But she treated me like I was an imbecile and said it was my psyche and said she’d like to put me in the psychiatric ward overnight so that I could be checked. So I left.

I went to my family doctor again for a post-check up. He laughed and said it was impossible that it had anything to do with the vaccination.
I am beginning to get really desperate because I don’t know what I can do for people to take me seriously.

FSME Immun

2 days after the vaccination I had bad pain throughout my whole body. Tingling, muscles twitching accompanied by a hot burning feeling and chills, feeling of swelling and stiffness of joints, couldn’t grab or walk. Terrible headache with feeling of numbness in my face, swollen lymph nodes, nausea and diarrhea, stomach aches, palpitations, fast pulse and high blood pressure, dizziness and noises in my ear.

Some days are better than others, some are really terrible. Sleep is impossible. A real nightmare.  All blood work okay. Nothing neurological. They want to puncture my spine, but I don’t want to have it done. I am 45 years old and I feel like I am 80. If this continues and I don’t find a doctor I will end up having depressions. I can’t understand why they approve a compound like this if it has such terrible side effects. When I asked my doctor what the side effects of the vaccination were he said none. Maybe a slight temperature and swelling at the site of injection. And then they think you will continue to trust them?!  If someone knows more about this or if they know about medications that help I would be happy to hear from them. My son and I were vaccinated against FSME for the third time. My son is handicapped and is epileptic. He had not had a seizure for 10 years and suddenly the symptoms, such as being dazed, spastic movements, hallucinations have returned and he is in the hospital in the intensive care unit with repeated cramps. I can hardly talk to him and he can hardly move. They cannot find a cause and his condition is worsening. I am now afraid that he is going to be really handicapped. My concerns about the vaccinations being the caused were waved aside by the doctors. I feel so helpless watching all the coming and going. Who can help me? Where can I get help?

On the day I got the vaccination my arm hurt at the site of injection. The first day after the vaccination I felt dizzy and sick to my stomach. Afterwards everything seemed to be okay. 10 days after the vaccination I have an infection and a bad cough which is developing to laryngitis which was treated with antibiotics. The laryngitis got better but since then I have a globe-like feeling in my throat and the following other problems: FREQUENTLY dizziness, depressions, fear, respiratory problems (lung exam without finding), palpitations when lying down (EKG no result), I feel my heart beating all over my body, fatigue, backache, inner trembling, difficulties concentrating; RARELY: tingling in my face, intestinal problems, stabbing pain in my chest.

The doctor thinks it is stress but I don’t have any more stress than I did before.

By the way, I did not have the 2nd vaccination administered and I sure do not intend to. I am interested in getting in touch with people who have symptoms like this and who think they have to do with FSME vaccinations, who have had homeopathic treatment (with and without success)

TBE

Approx. 1.5 months after my first vaccination I had feelings of numbness on the left side of my face. First I thought that it was due to tension. After seeing an orthopedic specialist he sent me to a neurologist because he suspected that I had MS. I was shocked! After several tests this suspicion was not confirmed. But now I had other symptoms, too: severe headaches, dizziness, cribbling in the left side of my body (vaccination in left arm), muscle pain and trembling, joint pain, palpitations, high blood pressure, pain in my neck, numbness in my toes, impaired vision in my left eye, stinging headache on the left side, and pain behind my left eye. My neurologist did not really seem interested in any of this and said that it could also be psychological in nature. I was desperate. After seeing my family doctor again because of the dizziness the doctor prescribed pills to help. When I mentioned MS he said that if it would help calm me down (!) they could do a CT (at some point). The symptoms did not disappear, in fact they got worse and so I started researching on the internet because it looks like doctors are no help. My symptoms seemed to indicate that it was Borreliosis. Due to the fact that I have private insurance I could go to the hospital. All the exams they did were inconclusive. 1 year later the symptoms have still not disappeared. Sometimes they get worse, sometimes they subside. Presently I feel very exhausted and listless!! I am going to see a naturopath and I help she will be able to help me!

If anyone can give me tips I would be grateful if you could get in touch at the following email address:

Encepur

In late May 08 I had my first TBE vaccination in m y upper arm. Before that I had no problems whatsoever. On the 1st and 2nd day after the vaccination I had nerve pain in my lower arms which disappeared on the 3rd day. On the 4th day I got herpes on my lower lip which lasted for approx. 6 days (I have not had that for 6 years). The following week I had a slight cramp in my calf and my feet twitched which got so bad during the following weeks that I could not sleep for nights and read up on RLS (restless leg syndrome) on the internet. In late June I had a rash on the upper part of my arms, my chest, neck, back face and lips. I was told that it was due to my taking Cerazette (a birth control pill I have been taking since March) whereupon I stopped taking it immediately.

I asked whether the problems I just described could have anything to do with the TBE vaccination and they said no. On 09.07 I had my second TBE vaccination I in the upper arm. I told my family doctor about the nerve pain I was experiencing on the 1st and 2nd day and the herpes (comment: happens) and my foot twitching at night. I was having a cancer screening test that day so we decided to wait for the blood work. The site of injection was swollen and red and it hurt. 5 days later I had another appointment to discuss the blood work. Everything okay! I asked the family doctor to take a look at the rash. He said it was only blisters and it could take a while for them to heal. I had not slept all night due to the foot twitching and I told him so. I was crying. My whole daily rhythm was out of whack (I had bowel movements at 2 am). So he made an appointment with a neurologist whom I was able to see Monday this week. When talking to this neurologist I mentioned the two TBE vaccinations but he also excluded that there was a connection between the problems and the vaccinations. He said I had a slight polyneuropathy in my legs (which he said was due to my alcoholism – I’ve been off alcohol for two years now -  and since that time I did not have the twitching very often and when I had it it was weak, so that I could tolerate it without medication), and then he prescribed Gabapentin AL 300 mg.
On  Monday and Tuesday I started at 100 mg I the evening, Wednes and Thurs 200 mg (still twitching when falling asleep, at 3 am I fall into a coma). On Wednesday the rash got worse again whereupon I go see my family doctor again who says it is probably an allergic reaction to the medication and prescribes Cortisone. Except for one allergy I never have had allergies. Since Tuesday I have had slight nerve pain in the lower part of my arms. Unfortunately I forgot to tell the family doctor. If it does not get better I will go see him next week.

Conclusion:

- Rash for the past 5 weeks

-slight cramps in my calves and foot twitching and sleep deficit

-nerve pain in the lower part of my arms

- Depression

I have not received confirmation from anyone whether it really is vaccine damage. I am frantic. Who can help??  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I had a vaccination in February and I had pains in my arm for two days. A few days later the pain in my joints started, headache, dizziness, nausea, symptoms like for the flu. After a week most of the symptoms were gone but the dizziness stayed as did the headache.  It lasted for a few weeks and I went to see the doctor but he did not take it seriously. I did not see the connection to the vaccination. A few weeks later the headaches got worse and the dizziness started again, I felt weak and sick to my stomach and my blood pressure fluctuated a lot. I was told to stay home in a bed for a week but that did not change anything. My condition got worse and I started feeling an inner trembling, pressure in my head and I was unable to do anything. I consulted various doctors, ENT, endocrinologist, gynaecologist, psychiatrist; I was told that I was from burn out syndrome.

I tried to work but it did not go well. I have now been home sick for 9 weeks. When I thought about it all again recently I saw the connection to the vaccination. I will now look for a doctor who will take me seriously, but it will not be easy. I have been getting acupuncture now which really makes me feel better.

TBE

I was vaccinated against TBE in the morning and in the evening I had to leave my own birthday party because I felt so sick. No appetite, joint pain and the chills which were so bad that I could hardly open my door. I went to bed and took some paracetamol. I sweated all night long. The next day I had the worst diarrhea of my life which lasted for about 5 days. I had to stay home from work for 5 days. My doctor said I should have no more TBE vaccinations. It was really bad. I had all the adverse effects a person can have.

The evening after the 1st vaccination I had an almost unbearable headache which lasted for 3 days. Then it disappeared again. The pressure was so bad I thought my head was going to explode. I even took several of my migraine tablets and Voltaren K migraine, but they all did not help.

At the same time I had this cribbling sensation in my hands which felt like my hands were going numb on the inside; including the fingers, all the way up to the elbow.

I noticed that my hands also fell asleep when I rested my arm on my elbows, even only for 2 minutes. That is really bad for me because it happens with the hand and arm that I use for telephoning, too.

It has now gotten so bad that I can only sleep on my side at night with my arms bent when I shift I wake up.  If I move them a lot it is not as bad. Driving my car is also bad because it is hard to hold the steering wheel.

That constant cribbling feeling did not go away. It did not get less. I t is always there. I also feel like I have less strength in my arms. I am tired fast and I have muscle pain. I measured it and my hand values were a lot worse than in December.

Today I was at a neurologist’s who measured my nerves, the way it is done when they think it is Carpal tunnel syndrome.  He says that the numbers are fine and that I should consider getting psychotherapy or talk to a vaccine specialist.

Who knows what to do? Or who spoke to a doctor and give me some tips?

TBE

The day before yesterday I went to the doctor’s and got a TBE vaccination. Today my arm started hurting and there was a red spot at the site of injection. I thought that it would disappear again but this evening the spot was 5 times as large and I can hardly move my right arm (because of the pain). When I went to see the doctor about it they told me that it was normal and they sent me home again. Tomorrow I am going to go there again and I hope that everything is okay.  I’ll keep you informed.

After my family doctor had administered the first of 2 TBE vaccinations in my lower back I got sick to my stomach 15 minutes later. The next day I had increased muscle tone and a painful swelling on the left lymph nodes. Then I got a really bad cold. The symptoms went away again and now for the last 2 days I have had a very strange sensation in the fingers of my left hand. The fingers feel thick and stiff, they look normal and I can move them. I don’t know what rheumatism is like because I am a concert pianist and that is how I earn my living, so I am very worried. What should I do? Wait and hope that the symptoms disappear or should I expect to see a large number of specialists in the future? Under no circumstances will I have the second vaccination!
