Composition.: 0.5 ml contains:
Purified diphtheria toxoid at least 20 IU (30 Lf), purified tetanus toxoid at least 40 i.e. (10 Lf), 25 micrograms of purified pertussis toxoid, purified, filamentous hemagglutinin (FHA), 25 micrograms, hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg produced in recombinant yeast cells), 5 micrograms, inactivated poliovirus type 1 40 EN, inactivated poliovirus type 2 8 GB, inactivated poliovirus type 3 32 GB (DE = D-antigen units), the host system: Vero cells, polysaccharides of Homophiles influenza type b 12 mcg conjugated to tetanus toxoid 24 mcg

Side effects:
Local reactions (redness, swelling), pain.
Body as a whole: (eg. headache, increase in body temperature), feeling sick. Allergic reactions (rare).
Often: insomnia, diarrhea and vomiting, less commonly fever of 40 ° C or higher, pressure. at Injection site, persistent, insatiable crying, skin redness and / or Indurations > 7 cm at the Inj. site or swelling of the entire limbs.
Individual cases of febrile seizures and high-pitched crying. A one-sided edema in the lower limbs and one case of hypotonic-hypo responsiveness episode have been observed. These symptoms usually occurred within 48 hours after vaccination. They were usually slightly, have held up to 72 hours in general and resolved spontaneously.
